The sound of Hypnotic Clambake is formed through the clash of folk instruments and modern electrical instruments. The band feverishly deconstructs music "that is" and gives their own identity to each song by adding "a twist of sorts." Hypnotic Clambake may sound oddly familiar to listeners the first time they hear the band, but it also feels like nothing anyone has ever heard before ...we have been told.
